These General Terms of Use (GTU) and Sale (GTS) govern the terms and conditions of access to and use of the services provided by Hospedix, operated by Abrego Consulting, SASU (hereinafter 'the Company'). Any subscription or use of the services implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTU/GTS by the Client.

Hospedix offers a SaaS Property Management System (PMS) solution for small properties, including: creation and management of a website with an integrated booking engine, property configuration tools for owners (rates, availability, settings), and integrated messaging for communication between owners and clients. The services include a monthly or annual subscription and a 1% commission per booking, managed via Stripe.
Access to the services is reserved for Clients who have subscribed to an active plan through the Company’s website or a signed quote, accepted these GTU/GTS without reservation, and provided an internet connection, equipment, and compatible software, under their sole responsibility. The Company may deny or suspend access in case of non-compliance with these conditions.
The Client undertakes to use the services in accordance with French and European laws, particularly the GDPR, provide accurate and up-to-date information, obtain prior consent from individuals for any personal data collected or processed, correctly configure their settings, and refrain from using the services for unlawful purposes.
The Company undertakes to provide the described services, ensure the security and confidentiality of data processed as a subcontractor, inform the Client of any data breach as soon as possible, and provide reasonable technical support.
Subscription fees are detailed on the website or in the signed quote. A 1% commission is automatically charged per booking via Stripe. Payments are made by direct debit or credit card. In case of non-payment 15 days after the due date, access may be suspended after an unanswered notice lasting 7 days.
The Client may terminate their subscription by emailing francisco@abrego.me with 30 days’ notice, with outstanding amounts remaining due. The Company may terminate for serious breach of the GTU/GTS after an unanswered notice lasting 15 days.
Booking payments are processed via Stripe, with a 1% commission automatically deducted. The Client is responsible for their Stripe account and tax obligations. The Company is not liable for errors or blocks attributable to Stripe or third parties.
The Company acts as a subcontractor for the processing of data collected by the Client (data controller). Details are specified in the privacy policy.
Software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by Hospedix remain the exclusive property of Abrego Consulting, SASU. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
The Company is not liable for indirect damages or interruptions caused by third parties or force majeure. Security measures are implemented without guaranteeing the total absence of flaws. Neither party is liable in cases of force majeure (Article 1218 of the Civil Code).
These GTU/GTS are governed by French law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless otherwise required by law.
